Brightcove has a comprehensive security program that encompasses risk management, security monitoring, and application security best practices. We monitor our environment and take precautions to ensure it is configured in a secure manner. We evaluate all of our vendors and make sure their standards live up to our standards. Above all, we don’t stop. We keep pushing ourselves to get better and to do better. And if things go wrong, we are transparent and communicate what happened and how we are going to fix it.
