Socialcast is a video CMS that allows you to manage members, sales, and set the public viewing range for each piece of content. By linking it to Brightcove’s Video Cloud video management platform, you can use Socialcast to set the public viewing settings for the videos you are managing. The player settings and transcoding profiles for distribution can be selected in Socialcast using the settings you have made in Video Cloud.
Streaming, live streaming and interactive video distribution are possible with the combination of Brightcove and Socialcast. Of course, functions such as video viewing data analysis and player customization (changing colors and buttons) are possible with the use of Brightcove players!
