The 2014 NAB Show is rapidly approaching--and we're really looking forward to traveling to Las Vegas to meet with our customers and peers in the media and broadcasting industry. As always, NAB is shaping up to be a busy show for the Brightcove team.
Just last week, we announced that Brightcove will again power the NAB Show live stream and that Albert Lai, Brightcove CTO for media, will speak on an NAB Super Session Panel. And now, we're very excited to announce that Brightcove CTO AJ McGowan will participate in 2nd Screen Sunday, an NAB-related event which is taking place at the Encore Hotel on Sunday, April 6. Hosted by the 2nd Screen Society, the one-day conference brings industry leaders together to discuss cutting-edge methods for monetizing the second screen.
AJ will speak at the following sessions:
- Video Ad Monetization with a Companion or Viewing Experience (2:30- 3:10 p.m.): This discussion will center on best practices for video ads and second screen monetization.
- Technology Spotlight – Brightcove - From Cost Center to Profit Center; Redefining the 2nd Screen (3:10- 3:25 p.m.): AJ will discuss the evolution of digital ads and the influence of the second screen on categories such as: targeted advertising, interactive ads and social advertising.
