We're very excited to announce that NineMSN, one of Australia's leading digital media companies, is relying upon Brightcove Video Cloud to deliver ad-supported video experiences across more than 80 of its premium content sites. Video Cloud allows NineMSN to share the same high-quality video to consumers via a variety of mediums--the Web, smartphones and tablets.
NineMSN's portfolio includes such recognizeable names as: Nine News, A Current Affair, The Today Show, The Australian Women's Weekly, Cleo, Woman's Day and Grazia. To protect this premium content, NineMSN relies upon Video Cloud's digital rights management tools, which can be implemented across both the Web and mobile devices. Additionally, due to Video Cloud's Smart Player technology--which enables seamless delivery of video across both HTML5 and Flash-based devices--and its integration with NineMSN's advertising platform partner FreeWheel, NineMSN is able to monetize its video assets across the entire device ecosystem while also providing a rich, interactive advertising experience.
We're delighted to add NineMSN to our roster of major media businesses in the Asia-Pacific region that we can count as our customers. Other media companies that rely upon Brightcove technology for digital distribution include: TVNZ, Sony Entertainment, Yahoo!7, Foxtel, ABS-CBN, DMG Radio and Maori Television.
