Ed is responsible for leading Brightcove's global human resources efforts and organizational effectiveness. Ed brings over 20 years experience in successfully scaling organizations combined with a proven track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and bottom line results for high growth, global entities. He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of value-added HR service delivery models that seamlessly integrate and support business strategies. Prior to Brightcove, Ed was a founding partner of MentisNetwork LLC , a strategic human resources consulting firm that focuses on building and streamlining the management, employee, and infrastructure capabilities needed to maintain and increase competitive advantage in today's evolving marketplace. Before founding MentisNetwork, he was EVP, Human Resources for Razorfish where he led the global HR function for this international, publicly traded provider of professional and technology services. With a reputation for being a collaborative and influential leader known for developing and deploying innovative programs that deliver measurable results, he helped establish the company as a leading "employer of choice" within the industry. Ed holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
