Randy Fisher is responsible for developing and implementing Brightcove's Service & Support offerings. Prior to Brightcove Randy was the CEO of Service Matters Consulting where he helped a wide range of technology companies improve their Service & Support delivery. Prior to Service Matters Consulting, Randy was the VP, Global Services & Support at Progress Software. Prior to Progress Randy held similar positions at Interwise, Broadvision, Interleaf, Borland, and Open Environment Corp. Randy brings more than 20 years of executive level leadership for all post sales organizational experience to the Brightcove management team. He also brings a contagious commitment to customer success and passion for delivering value added services and support programs to customers and partners.
